Cost for Care Report
A Cost for Care Report is a comprehensive detailed report outlining an injured or disabled person’s current and future needs; quantifying the costs related to those needs. An itemized report details the services, equipment and supplies required to restore the injured individual to pre-injury level of functioning and quality of life, as much as possible. We offer brief cost of future care reports that compliment our independent medical examinations providing estimates for future treatment costs (medication, massage therapy, physiotherapy, exercise, counselling, home care, etc.) recommended by the physician. We also provide comprehensive and thorough cost of care/life care plan assessment and reports, completed by an occupational therapist.
